The data is processed by Officina Digital. For any question about your data, write to us at projects@officinadigital.ro.

What data we collect

Through the contact form we only collect the data you send us:

  • your full name, company name and email address;
  • your phone number, if you choose to fill it in;
  • the project type, your message and the language of the form;
  • the date of the request and a cryptographic hash of your IP address, used only to protect the form against abuse. We do not store your IP address in plain text.

Why we use the data

  • to reply to your request and prepare a quote;
  • to communicate with you while we discuss the project.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use the data for marketing and we do not sell it.

How long we keep the data

We keep requests only as long as needed to handle them. If we do not start working together, we delete the data within 24 months of the last communication, or sooner at your request.

Who we share the data with

The data is stored with the website's hosting provider. If email notifications are enabled, the content of the request is sent through our email service provider to projects@officinadigital.ro. These providers process the data only to deliver those services to us.
